Tasks Completed by F. Diers:

§          Met with D. Mueller, A. Keefe, and T. Newton on Thursday, Sept. 16th from 10:00AM to 12:30PM to:

o         Edit the Interviewee Criteria Document

o         Provide questions for the proposed Interview Guides

o         Address and edit the draft Project Work Plan

o         Outline the Kick-off Meeting Agenda

o         Finalize Meeting Logistics for Thursday, September 23rd

o         Demonstrate LiveLink Project Portal Functionality for project and DAP document repository.

§          Commenced re-working of submitted documents with revised header information for the UNPO.

§          Introduced Robert Turner’s resume as an Entium project consultant to support the technical systems evaluation.

§          Received and distributed UNOPS background documents to the Entium project team.

 

Tasks Completed by Jim Mernin:

§          Developed the United Nations DAP project portal in LiveLink for demonstration on Thursday, Sept. 16, 2004. The intended purpose of their project portal is to allow the UN and Entium DAP project team members to collaborate on project deliverables and work-in-process documents.

§          Developed draft survey questions for D. Mueller to review and edit.

§          Presented a demonstration of the project portal as well as screen shot handouts for the project team’s use.

§          Reviewed the UN Interviewee Criteria based on discussions and notes from the pre-planning meeting on Sept. 16, 2004.

 

Tasks Completed by Christine Ardern:

§          Prepared draft survey questions for process related interview guides.  These questions were shared with D. Mueller.

§          Continued to review received background documents

 

Tasks Completed by Sean Rickert:

§          Continued to collect and codify all UN provided documents, printed the documents, and arranged in binders for distribution to the Entium team.

 

 

 

Tasks to be Accomplished the week beginning September 20, 2004

 

1.       Complete the development of the draft work plan with Kick-off meeting agenda

2.       Complete Interview Guides for the Kick-off meeting.

3.       Complete the Interviewee Criteria for submission to WGARM at the kick-off meeting

4.       Participate in the following meetings on Thursday, September 23, 2003:

·          The pre-planning meeting at 1:00PM with D. Mueller & A. Keefe to discuss the ADA initiative and integration with DAP for Entium project consultants at the Manhattan Research Room.

·          The kick-off meeting at 3:00PM with UNPO Project Manager, Stakeholders, WGARM and DAP Coordinators at the UN Archives and Records Centre’s Manhattan Research Room 304 East 45th Street Ground Floor (entrance is two doors to the right of the main entrance to 304) New York, NY. 10017.

5.       Prepare and issue the weekly project status report

·          Documents for delivery in advance of the DAP project kick-off meeting on September 23rd at 3:00PM:

o         Project Kick-off Meeting Agenda

o         Draft Work Plan

o         Interviewee Criteria

o         Interview Guides

·          Action Items for the UN project team:

o         Review, edit, and acceptance for the Project Work Plan and supporting document by October 1, 2004.

o         The selection and scheduling of Interviews based on the Interviewee Criteria by October 8, 2004. Thirty interviews and data gathering to commence the week of October 11th and cover a four week time frame.
